Florence, Alabama . He served as a medivac pilot in theVietnam War in 1968 and 1969 and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal.In 1992, he ran in the Democratic primary against Alabama U.S. Senator
Richard Shelby , finishing third with 6% of the vote.He invented a stock market stock picking system called "The FreeStock System."
Miller worked as the golf professional on the
Holland America ship MS Westerdam.
