Marcy Rylan (born Marcy Faith Behrens; November 4, 1980) is an American actress.

Career

Rylan is best known for her role as Lizzie Spaulding on the soap opera Guiding Light. She joined the show's cast on February 7, 2006 taking over the role from Crystal Hunt, until the finale on September 18, 2009. She won the role of Whitney in the straight-to-video 2006 cheerleading film Bring It On: All or Nothing in which she co-starred with fellow Guiding Light alumnus Hayden Panettiere (Panettiere had previously played Lizzie for four years).

She was also a guest star on the Nickelodeon show Drake & Josh and she has also appeared in several national network commercials. Since Guiding Light was cancelled, she has been appearing on The Young and the Restless as Abby Carlton Newman. Her first air date was May 18, 2010.

Personal life

Rylan graduated from Tyrone Area High School in Tyrone, Pennsylvania in 1999.

She and fiancé Don Money have a son, Jackson Robert Money (born October 22, 2009). On June 28, 2011 she tweeted, "We ended up having a 3D sonogram we didn’t expect! Cried as soon as I saw that little face! We are over the moon! We are having another Boy!! Jackjack can’t wait for his buddy to get here!"

In 2009, Rylan legally changed her first name to Emme.
