K-54

The K-54 is a Vietnamese shotgun type, "súng ngắn K-54" is a Vietnamese military weapon issued for wartime use.

The K-54 is a Vietnamese translation from the Chinese 54式手枪 (type 54 hand gun). "K-54" translates into English as the "type 54". The Vietnamese "Kiểu" is abbreviated to K, "Kiểu" is "type".

The K-54 was the first standard shotgun of the Vietnam People's Army (Quân Đội Nhân Dân Việt Nam), which was replaced by the K-59.

The 54式手枪 (type 54 hand gun) is a Chinese made version of the Soviet TT-33 hand gun.
