Raymond Ch'ien Kuo Fung GBS CBE JP (Chinese: 錢果豐 born
26 January 1952 inTokyo ,Japan ) or Raymond Ch'ien is an active businessman inHong Kong . He is a director ofThe Wharf (Holdings) Limited andThe Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited , a non-executive chairman ofMTR Corporation Limited , chairman of CDC Corporation and has many other posts of various public listed companies. He was also a director ofHSBC Holdings plc until 2007.He is the chairman of the Advisory Committee on Corruption of the Independent Commission Against Corruption and the Chairman of the
Hong Kong/European Union Business Cooperation Committee and is a Hong Kong member of theAPEC Business Advisory Council .He was also a member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong from 1992 to June 2002 under both British Administration and HKSAR.
He was appointed the
Justice of the Peace in 1993 and theCommander of the Order of the British Empire in 1994 and awarded theGold Bauhinia Star Medal in 1999.Fact|date=August 2007He became Chairman of
