Isavella Dara

Isavella Dara ( _el. Ισαβέλλα Δάρα) (Isavela Dara) (Isabella Dara) (born in Greece in 1978) is a fashion model and former Miss Europe(1997) Miss Hellas winner. She is of Greek and French descent. Isavella comes from a family of artists. Her mother is a sculptor and her father a writer and director.

Career

In 1997 the 19-year-old was crowned B Miss Hellas (Β Μις Ελλάς) in the Miss Star Hellas Pageant, sponsored by ANT1, A few months later, in Kiev, Ukraine, she won the distinction for her country when she brought home the title of Miss Europe 1997, [cite news |title="Miss Greece" wins European title |url=http://www.newspaperarchive.com/LandingPage.aspx?type=nlp&search=%22miss%20europe%22%20%2b(dara%20or%20darras)&

Isavella is quite talentedshe speaks 5 languages (Greek, French, English,Italien and some German)}; aside from modeling, she also has moved into the fields of acting and music. She has recently obtained a piano diploma (June 2007) with the best possible grade and the compliments of the jury. Being a pianist has help her write her own music; she aspires to be a classical composer and conductor. She has a degree from the Athens Conservatory as well as one from the Conservatory of Nakas. She has also performed in Greek productions such as "Life of 1500 Drachmas" and "The Musical Library of Lilian Voudouri".Her popularity is always important and can be proved by the increase of audience while she is on television (noted on the show "Proinos Cafes" an ANT1 Greek t;v channel.She is married and has a two years' old son named Achiles. Pictures of little Achilles and his mother were published in most Greek magazines during the 2006 summer, notably in the "OK!" magazine of December the 13th-19th 2006. Little Achilles is also the grandson of the famous Theofillou Achilles an important music manager.

News

During the 2004 Summer Olympics, the model visited the Water Plaza fun park, an Olympic venues, which housed the sculpture "The Olive: The Tree of Athens", on which she and many other celebrities signed their names. Isavella also visited the Pin Trading Center.
