KDE desktop environment that was created by Richard J. Moore, Matthias Ettrich and Aaron J. Seigo in Qt andC++ .KSnapshot allows users to use hotkeys to take a screenshot of the entire screen, a selected portion, one window or just one part of a window. Users then have the choice to save the screenshot in a variety of formats, copy it to the clipboard or directly open it with any program that is associated with image files.
