Anna Henryka Pustowojtowna

Anna Henryka Pustowojtowna (1843-1881) was a Polish nationalist who fought in Poland under Marian Langiwicz. She disguised herself as a man in order to do this and went by the alias Michal Smok. After her capture and release she moved to France, and was active in the Paris Commune of 1870. She died in Paris.
