Samuel Morse Felton, Sr.

Samuel Morse Felton, Sr. (1809 – 1889) was a civil engineer and railroad executive. He became Superintendent of the Fitchburg Railroad and president of the Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore Railroad, and many others. Following the Civil War, he was also president of the Pennsylvania Steel Company.

His son, Samuel Morse Felton, Jr., followed his father into engineering and railroading.
