Ulrik Frederik Christian Arneberg (15 June 1829 - 30 October 1911) was a Norwegian politician for the Conservative Party.

He then entered national politics, as a member of the Council of State Division in
Stockholm from 13 July 1889 to 1 July 1890. On this day, he was appointed Minister of Justice and the Police in thefirst cabinet Stang . He held this position until the first cabinet Stang fell on 5 March 1891.
