egments
The show is formatted into a number of segments which include:
*Trading Pit: The opening of the show begins with the "Trading Pit," with the introduction of a topic of chat from the business or political news of the last week. This is followed with the discussion of the issue with the many different analysts who are regulars on the show.
*Chartman: In this segment, Gary B. Smith (a.k.a. The Chartman) picks a choice of stocks which the others debate if they are worth buying or are ones to avoid.
*Stock X-Change: More than half-way through the show, this segment is when the different members choose stocks which are "the best place for your money right now," and once again debated upon the analysts.
*Predictions: As with the rest of the shows, the panelists are open to have predictions on anything from politics to business news for the next week.Twice a year, each of the regular panelists discusses his best – and worst – selections over the prior period (usually the last 4-6 months).
