The Shore Porters Society

The Shore Porters Society is a British moving company based in Aberdeen, Scotland and established in 1498.

The Society also operates under the trading name of Rumsey & Son from Richmond-upon-Thames. Originally a family business founded in 1921, the Shore Porters Society acquired the firm in 1992 as a domestic remover within the South West of London.

The Shore Porters Society is a member of both the British Association of Removers and an international association, the Fédération Internationale des Déménageurs Internationaux (FIDI).
