Keith J. Rosewarne (18 July 1924 – 27 May 2008) was an Australian rules footballer in the VFL.

Rosewarne debuted with the St Kilda Football Club in 1946, winning the best and fairest award in his first season. He played as a rover In 92 games with the club, he scored 150 goals for an otherwise unsuccessful team. His retirement came in 1951 at the age of 27.
