Steinert High School (also called Hamilton High School East) is a four year comprehensive public high school, one of three secondary high schools that are part of the Hamilton Township Public Schools, located in Hamilton Township in Mercer County, New Jersey, United States. The other high schools in the district are Nottingham High School (Hamilton High School North) and Hamilton High School (Hamilton High School West). The school mascot is the Spartan.

As of the 2005-06 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,647 students and 101.5 classroom teachers (on a FTE basis, for a student-teacher ratio of 16.2. Steinert offers Advanced Placement Program (AP) courses in AP United States History, AP European History, AP Computer Science, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP English Literature and Composition, AP United States Government and AP Calculus.

The Steinert High School Spartans compete in the thirteen-member Colonial Valley Conference.

The 2006 baseball team won the Central, Group IV title, defeating South Brunswick High School 11-4 in the tournament final. Marching Band
