Karavelova Point

Karavelova Point or Nos Karavelova (pronounced IPA|) is on the NE coast of Varna Peninsula, Livingston Island forming the southern side of the entrance to Lister Cove. It is named after Ekaterina Karavelova (1860-1947), translator, author and woman activist.

Location

The point is located at coord|62|30|09|S|60|03|37|W|region:AQ which is 2 km S of Pomorie Point, 6.8 km SE of Williams Point and 3.75 km NW of Inott Point.
