Paul Palmer is an author and journalist from England. He was the Special Features Writer for the Daily Mail.

Palmer's first novel, "Balance of Power" (ISBN 0-340-77044-9), published in 2000, centred around the death of the US President, and an investigative journalist anxious to discover the truth.

A new book from Paul Palmer was released in early 2005.
