Victor Humphrey (Vic) Stollmeyer (born January 14, 1916, Santa Cruz, Trinidad, died September 21, 1999, Port of Spain, Trinidad) was a West Indian cricketer who played in one Test in 1939.

Vic Stollmeyer was the older brother of West Indian captain Jeff Stollmeyer.
