Gargrave inNorth Yorkshire ,England . It is 48 km (30 miles) north west of Leeds on theLeeds to Morecambe Line operated byNorthern Rail who also manage the station.The station was opened on

The
Pennine Way , a long distance path, crosses the railway a few hundred yards to the west of the station.Services
Monday to Saturdays there are nine services per day from Gargrave southbound to Leeds (two of which require a change at Skipton), whilst northbound there are services to Carlisle (three trains per day) or Morecambe (five per day).Sundays during the summer, four trains a day go in each direction to Morecambe and Leeds, dropping to two each during the winter. There is no Sunday service to Carlisle.
