next_route = 11Highway 10 is a short highway of about 35 km in southern Alberta. It extends southeast from the outskirts of Drumheller where it passes through Rosedale, then crosses Highway 56 and travels through East Coulee. It ends by splitting off into Highway 569 and Highway 564.
