Jeff Becerra is an American lawyer and musician, famous for being lead vocalist of newly reformed death metal band Possessed.

History

Jeff Becerra, (full name: Jeff Becerra Sayid) was born in Los Angeles, California. His family were Arab Mexicans of Lebanese origin. At the age of fourteen, he learned how to play the bass guitar and took a firm interest in music.

He formed Possessed in 1983, who broke up shortly after the release of The Eyes of Horror EP.

He received a qualification in Labor Studies soon after, and received a degree in law in 2002.

In 1989, Jeff Becerra was paralyzed from the waist down following a shooting incident.

He reformed Possessed in 2007, with him being the only original member.
