The Scout Association of Papua New Guinea is the national Scouting organization of Papua New Guinea. Scouting in Papua New Guinea started in 1926 as a section of Scouts Australia. The Scout Association of Papua New Guinea was incorporated in 1975 [ [http://www.paclii.org/pg/legis/consol_act/saopngia1975521/] ] and joined the World Organization of the Scout Movement in 1976.
