Joel Fabiani (born 28 September 1936, Watsonville, California) is an American film and television actor.

Fabiani co-starred in the British espionage series "Department S" as Stewart Sullivan in 1969-1970. He has guest starred in many other television shows, including "Columbo", "Dark Shadows", "Starsky and Hutch", "The Cosby Show", "Murder, She Wrote" and "Law & Order". He played the role of King Galen of Moldavia on "Dynasty".

He appeared in several high profile movies, including "Looking for Mr Goodbar", "Reuben, Reuben" and most recently, "Snake Eyes".

He is currently appearing on the soap opera "All My Children" as Barry Shire.
