Joe Gaylord

Joe Gaylord

Joe Gaylord is a political consultant and one of the people behind the Contract With America that won the Republican Party control of the United States Congress in 1994 midterm elections.

He was a Fellow at the Institute of Politics at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government in Fall 2005.
