Imperial College Big Band

[http://www.union.ic.ac.uk/arts/bigband/ Imperial College Big Band] is made up of students at Imperial College London and performs in and around the capital. The band plays regular gigs at Imperial College student union as well as many private venues (balls, dinners, weddings, charity concerts, etc). They play a range of big band jazz styles including swing, Latin, funk, contemporary and popular. A recent highpoint was when the band won a Gold award at the final of the National Concert Band Festival. A large number of smaller groups made from members of the band also gig regularly.
