Luo Xihe (zh-stp|t=羅洗河|s=罗洗河|p=Luó Xǐhé; born November 23, 1977) is a Chinese professional Go player.

Biography

Luo Xihe started learning Go at the age of 6. He turned pro in 1989 and was promoted to 9 dan in 2002.
