Later on, Dingadi Rajpurohits founded this village near Sarnadi (name of a water pond) with another name which was a Sasan Jagir village of Dingadi Rajpurohits. Later on, this village was given to Aliya Jat in Jagir by then State. Dingadi Rajpurohits left this village permanently with Gadotara means they sworn not to eat food & drink water of this village in future. Bihari Pathans who were Rulers of Jalore granted Sasan Jagir of this village to Jagarwal Rajpurohits. Bagaji Jagarwal founded the present village Bagra in his name. Time to time, this village remained in the Jagir of Dingadi Rajpurohits, Jagarwal Rajpurohits, Mahajans / Jains, Sindhal Rathores & Champawat Rathores (Thikana Daspan). Before independence, this village was part of Marwar / Jodhpur State and it was a Jagir village of Thakur Durjan Singhji of Thikana Daspan. Rajpurohit Manji Jagarwal of this village took part in Indian freedom Movement against British Rule in India before independence.
