Atlanta and LaGrange Rail Road

The Atlanta and LaGrange Rail Road was chartered in 1847 and was to run convert|80|mi between East Point, Georgia, through LaGrange to West Point, Georgia, USA. Construction began in 1849-50 and was completed in May 1854. In 1857, the railroad was renamed Atlanta and West Point Rail Road.
