Postal orders have been issed at various times in Malta.

It is not yet known when these began to have been issued, but it is known that they were issued in the 1890's.

Maltese-issued British Postal Orders

It is not yet known when these began to be issued, but they are the only postal orders that are still being issued in the post offices in Malta today.
