Narushima Station (成島駅) is a passenger-service station of Koizumi Line, which is operated by Tobu Railway company, located in Tatebayashi, Gunma Prefecture, Japan.

History
The first station was opened as the station of Koizumi Line operated by Jōshū Railway company on April 10, 1926. The Koizumi Line was purchased by Tobu railway company in 1937. The station was moved to its current location on February 10, 1944.
