Britain's Strongest Man competition four times (1988, 1989, 1992 and 1998), he also won theBritish Muscle Power Championship twice, the 1986 National Truck Pulling Championships - (ASA/Bristol Street Motors) andEngland's Strongest Man nine times (1987 to 1989 and 1992 to 1997).
