Illich Auyapah Guardiola (Born July 5, 1974 in Honduras) is an American voice actor and actor for ADV Films. He easily has one of the most recognizable voices, with a unique accent that is hard to pinpoint.

Trivia

* Illich went to school with some people such as Monica Rial and Shelley Calene-Black who worked for ADV Films. He called once but nothing really happened, but later on he came to a cattle-call. After that, he got a couple of roles then eventually got around to the big roles like Sha Gojyo.
* Illich was born in Honduras. One of his parents is half-Russian, and the other is half-Italian. He moved to Boston, and was raised there since 13; he then moved to Texas. His first language is Spanish; his second is English. This heritage, as he mentions in the Saiyuki:Requiem commentary, is part of the reason he has such a distinct, semi-exotic accent and was later chosen to play Gojyo.
* While going on the way to do the "Saiyuki: Requiem" commentary, he got a ticket (happened to be wearing a 'Tough Guys Wear Pink' T-shirt from Hot Topic when he got it).
* He, like many other voice actors, is an actor in other fields.
* Taught Stage Combat at The High School for the Performing and Visual Arts and also directed Once in a Lifetime during his tenure there.
* He worked with Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart choreographing for the musical "The King and I," presented in April 2007.
* In a commentary on Le Chevalier D'eon, David Matranga (voice of D'eon) mentioned that Illich was licensed to teach fencing.
