- UCI Continental Circuits
The UCI Continental Circuits are
road bicycle racing competitions contested under the auspices of theUnion Cycliste Internationale (UCI). The five circuits (one each representingEurope ,Africa ,Oceania ,Asia , andthe Americas ) are inferior to theUCI ProTour . Both the ProTour and the circuits comprise a series of races in which variouscycling team s compete regularly. The circuits were designed by UCI to export cycle racing beyond the European continent, where it is most popular and where the three Grand Tour stage races are held.See also
