Hi-Res Magazine

Hi-Res Magazine

"Hi-Res Magazine" was a short-lived US computer magazine in the mid-1980s. The magazine only lasted for four issues. With the first (November, 1983) and second (January, 1984) issues, the focus of the magazine was the Atari computers and Atari Video Game systems. With the third issue (March, 1984), the magazine expanded to include the Commodore 64. This was a mistake, as fans of these two lines of home computers did not get along very well. The fourth issue (May/June, 1984) would be the last.

Its more successful rivals include "ANTIC" and "A.N.A.L.O.G." magazines.
