India (Assam, Darjeeling, Khasi Hills), N Burma (Pangnamdim), Bhutan Race tamaiensis: "Upper Burma" (fide WERMUTH 1965); Type locality: Pangnamdim, Nam Tamai Valley, Upper Myanmar. Type locality: Khasi Hills, Assam.
