Liberty Bank Stadium

Liberty Bank Stadium was a proposed soccer-specific stadium to be located in suburban Des Moines, Iowa. It had been expected to be completed around 2005 for the Des Moines Menace of the Premier Development League.

Design

The stadium would have had 6,000 permanent seats plus supplemented seating to bring the stadium capacity to grand total of 17,000 which would have made it the second largest soccer-specific stadium in the United Soccer Leagues.

Delays

The construction of the stadium has been delayed due to the withdrawal of support by the Urbandale City Council members who had previously supported it. The team now plays at Valley Stadium in West Des Moines.
