Joseph H. Gale

Joseph H. Gale (born Virginia, 1953) is a judge of the United States Tax Court.

He holds an A.B. in philosophy from Princeton University and obtained his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1980.

He was appointed by President Bill Clinton as a judge on the United States Tax Court on February 6, 1996, for a term ending February 5, 2011.
