Gotti, Locascio, Sammy "The Bull" Gravano, and
Thomas Gambino were all indicted on federalRICO charges. At this time, Gravano made his famous break with Gotti and testified against Gotti and LoCascio. On June 23, 1992, both Gotti and Locascio were sentenced to life imprisonment without parole.As of April 2008, Locascio is imprisoned at the Federal Medical Center Devens in
