Molly Cutpurse is an English transgender author. She was born in Stratford in the East End of London in September 1952 and raised in nearby Leyton. A polymath, shy, and synaesthete, after working at many jobs, she decided that writing was the only activity she could do passably well and so, in 1994, after the death of her parents, decided to change her life around and write as a transgendered woman. She has worked in various TV and film projects.Books
