Leo Radom

Leo Radom

Leo Radom, born on December 13, 1944 in Shanghai, China, is a computational chemist. He has a Ph D and a D Sc from the University of Sydney and carried out post-doctoral work under the late Sir John Pople. He is Professor, School of Chemistry, University of Sydney, Sydney, Australia [ [http://groups.chem.usyd.edu.au/radom/ Radom Group Homepage] ] . Previously he was Professor at the Research School of Chemistry at the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia. He has published over 460 papers.

He is Fellow of the Australian Academy of Science (1988) [ [http://www.science.org.au/academy/fellows/fellow.htm AAS List of members] ] and in 2008 was awarded its Craig Medal for contributions of a high order to any branch of chemistry by active researchers.
