He represented his country at the under 20 level.
During the 1999/2000 season, he left the New Zealand Football Kingz to join rival Wollongong Wolves, with whom he won the championship.
Mennillo had a brief spell with Walsall in August 2001, but after one week with the club[2] he left for Kallithea F.C. in the Greek Beta Ethniki.[3]
