New Orleans and Gulf Coast Railway

The New Orleans and Gulf Coast Railway (reporting mark NOGC) is a small railroad that operates around New Orleans. It operates about 32 miles of track on the "Westbank" of New Orleans, running from Westwego, LA to Algiers (New Orleans' Westbank suburb), and then down river from Algiers to just below Belle Chasse, LA. It is a subsidiary of the Rio Grande Pacific Company.
