Lance Ulanoff is Editor-in-Chief of "
PC Magazine " and VP for PCMag Network.He has spent almost two decades in the computer technology publishing industry. Formerly he edited PCMag.com, the

Jim Louderback , announced the Ulanoff would succeed him as editor-in-chief.Ulanoff started his journalism career as a newspaper reporter onLong Island .In 1996, Ulanoff became the online editor at popular computing magazine, "HomePC". Ulanoff used his experience in the industry to launch AskDrPC.com and KidRaves.com while in this position. "Windows Magazine" chose Ulanoff as their online version's senior editor in 1998, occasionally writing articles for the site. Winmag.com drew 6,000,000 page hits a month, and was the runner-up in the Computer Press Association's "Best Overall Website" category. After his stint at "Windows Magazine", Ulanoff went to Deja.com in August 1999 as producer for the Computing and Consumer Electronics channels. He was named senior director for content for the entiresite.
In November
2000 , "PC Magazine " rehired Ulanoff; their website was relaunched in July 2001. It won anASBPE in 2004, and was runner-up for "Best Web Site" at the 2002 American Business Media's Annual Neal Awards.References
