He was brought in to Kongsvinger IL the summer of 2000. After a period were he went in and out of the team he finally became the first choice as goalkeeper in the promotion season of 2003, when he kept a clean sheet for nine matches straight. Fredrik has 40 matches in the Kongsvinger IL jersey. He went to Moss FK in the January 2007 transfer window, he is currently second choice goalkeeper behind legendary Norwegian goalkeeper Erik Holtan (who also has had a run in the Kongsvinger IL team) but when Erik retires after the 07' season we will see who will take the helm in the Moss FK box.
