Bangla Manthar

Bangla Manthar is a small town in the Punjab, Pakistan. It lies eighteen kilometres from Sadiqabad and thirty-six kilometres from the district capital Rahim Yar Khan. Bangla Manthar consists of only one street. Basically it lies in Tehsil rahim Yar Khan. This is very famous place in Rahim Yar Khan, the reason is there are too many villages near and around this. The people of these villages come there for buying goods. In fact it is a small market for farmers. Land here is very fertile and canal system is supporting this fertility. But its habitants move more towards Sadiq Abad because it is small. Bangla Manthar is situated on the edge of Rohi desert. Hunters went in Rohi desert for hunting by passing through Manthar.
