The Kazon raider is a medium-sized starship originally used and developed by the Trabe. The Kazon raider is slightly larger than the Kazon fighter but is still small in size. The raider is technologically inferior to that of the USS Voyager and easily defeated. The ships armaments included merely two forward phaser arrays. They were also known to carry a small complement of shuttles.
Kazon Fighter
Kazon fighters are small attack ships originally used by the
Trabe , and later stolen during the Kazon rebellion. The fighter is almost identical to the Kazon raider, but are slightly smaller. Compared to aStarfleet vessel the Kazon fighter is technologically inferior, Kazon fighters usually work in groups to overcome this limitation. The fighter's only armaments are two forward firing phasers. Kazon Fighters require a minimal crew to operate, the vessel can be crewed by an individual for short periods. A large numbers of this vessel type remain in the hands of theTrabe as part of the Trabe armada.Kazon carrier vessel
The Kazon carrier warship was a vessel originally created by the
Trabe as a large cargo transporter, that was later commandeered by theKazon and used as a massive warship. The carrier is equipped with several dozen charged plasma cannons. The vessels like their smaller companions are technologically inferior, this is made up by the ships heavy armament and size. It also has a self-regenerating shield.At least two sects have Predator class ships, the Kazon Ogla and Nistrim. An Ogla Predator was destroyed by Chaoktay's kamikaze Maquis vessel in
2371 . In2372 ,First Maje Culluh of the Kazon Nistrim gathered a fleet of eight vessels to mount an attack against the Voyager.References
