Pat Brady (born
October 12 ,1947 inLouisville, Kentucky ) is an American cartoonist and creator of thecomic strip "Rose is Rose ", syndicated byUnited Feature Syndicate since 1983.Brady started cartooning at the tender age of five, drawing cartoons during
