Layzie Bone, more recently known as L-Burna, [Prato, Greg. Allmusic http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg&sql=11:dbfqxqekldke] is an influential American rapper. Early life

He was born Steven Howse in Cleveland, Ohio September 23 1974 to Curtis Howse and grew up in the rough Cleveland nieghbourhood of East 99th St. and St. Clair Avenue. He attended Franklin D. Roosevelt Junior High School along with; Bryon McCane (Bizzy Bone), Anthony Henderson (Krayzie Bone), Charles Shruggs (Wish Bone) and Steven's younger brother Stan Howse (Flesh-n-Bone). The group of young men would often harmonize rap sessions in between classes in the hallways of the school. The group would later attend Lincoln West High School together. Career

The group of young men formed the band B.O.N.E. Enterpri$e (all except for Flesh-N-Bone) and recorded an album entitled "Faces of Death" in the studio of Krayzie's father, Kermit Henderson on his indie label Stoney Burke in 1993. After this Layzie and the rest of the Bone Family boarded a Greyhound Bus to Los Angeles where they worked with notable producer and rapper Eazy-E and his Ruthless/Relativity Records label, initially auditioning for him over the phone from Cleveland. Solo career & Mo Thugs

Layzie has also promoted the indie label Mo Thugs which he and the rest of bone originated he also has several solo albums out as L-Burna and has had series albums with Bizzy Bone under the name Bone Brothers entitled "Bone Brother 1,2,&3.

Personal life

Layzie has eight childrenFact|date=October 2008 and he married his wife Felecia in 2006 after proposing on television.
