Ron Carey (Minnesota political leader)

Ron Carey is the current chairman of the Republican Party of Minnesota. Carey is also a financial executive for the software company Intuit. He was elected to succeed Ron Eibensteiner at a meeting of the party's central committee on 11 June, 2005 [ [http://news.minnesota.publicradio.org/features/2005/06/11_scheckt_partychair/ Minnesota Republicans dump their party's boss, 11 June 2005] ] and re-elected in June of 2007 on the first ballot. Prior to his election he served as the party’s treasurer. He resides in Shoreview, Minnesota.

Minnesota Autism Center
