Olympic medal record Men's Judo Bronze 1984 Half Middleweight Mircea Frăţică (born July 14, 1957) is a retired Romanian judoka. At the 1984 Summer Olympics he won the bronze medal in the men's Half Middleweight (78 kg) category.[1] together with Michel Nowak of France. Frăţică also won the European Championship as well as a bronze medal at the 1983 World Championship.[2]
