Bridgid Nzekwu (born 1971) is a
television reporter andnews presenter on theUnited Kingdom 's "Channel 4 News ".She graduated from the
University of London in 1992 with a First Class Honours degree inEurope an Studies. After university she became a news media consultant, advising companies onCD-ROM andinternet development.Nzekwu’s broadcasting career began in 1997 as a producer on "The Big Breakfast News", then as a reporter for "First Edition" (news and current affairs for young people), followed by "Channel Four News" and
Channel 4 's political current affairs programme, "Powerhouse".Since 1999, Nzekwu has additionally presented news summaries for Channel 5, "First Edition" for
Channel 4 Learning, andITN ’s 24-hour Newschannel.She has co-presented
