Koninklijk e Sporting Club Hasselt was a Belgianfootball club founded in 1908 as E.F.C. Hasselt. The matricule n°37 was erased in 2001 after the merge with K.S.K. Kermt to become K.S.K. Kermt-Hasselt. The club played one season in the first division in 1979-80.Honours

Also played in Hasselt the father of Stijn Stijnen : Jean -Pierre Stijnen.The players who helped Hasselt to 1st.Division were : Norbert Verdingh,Noelmans, Philippe Vanderstraeten, Marc Billen, Paul Renaers, Dachelet, Dewaay,Keeper De Bellefroid,under coach Mr.Mangelschots, who became a respected coach afterwards in 1st.Division in St.Truiden.Ksc.Hasselt has a capacity of playing in second division , but unhapilly they are in 4th.devision at this moment.
